• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your city and route rotation (typically 1 to 2 reminders per month during active sweeping cycles, or 1 to 2 times per week for high-density corridors).
• Pricing / Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out / Cancellation: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time. Simply reply STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message received. You will receive a single confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
• Support & Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or email support@streetcleaningalerts.com.
• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

StreetCleaningAlerts is an independent consumer software utility that monitors municipal street sweeping schedules in supported metro areas (including Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco) to help drivers prevent parking tickets and municipal vehicle impounds.

2. Independent Municipal Franchise Disclaimer

StreetCleaningAlerts is an independent software service and is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the City of Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation (DSS), the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Street Services (StreetsLA), or the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA). We calculate route schedules using official public municipal GIS shapefiles and published municipal codes.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

StreetCleaningAlerts offers interactive schedule lookups free of charge, with premium recurring SMS reminder plans:

• Annual Protection Pass: $29.00 billed annually (includes 3-day risk-free trial).
• Monthly Pass: $3.99 billed monthly.
• Fleet & Host Pass: $14.99 to $69.99/mo based on registered vehicle volume.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless paused or cancelled through your resident portal.

4. The Ticket Protection Promise & Reimbursement Policy

We stand behind our schedule accuracy. If you are an active subscriber with a registered address and StreetCleaningAlerts fails to transmit a scheduled SMS alert prior to an official municipal street cleaning enforcement date, and you receive a qualifying street cleaning citation for that date and location, we will reimburse the citation fee up to $100.00 USD.

• Eligibility: The subscription must be active and in good standing at the time of the violation.
• Submission: Send a clear photo of the municipal citation (showing the date, time, street address, and violation code) along with your registered phone number to support@streetcleaningalerts.com within 14 calendar days of issuance.
• Qualifying Scope: Reimbursement applies exclusively to citations issued for municipal street sweeping / street cleaning violations on the scheduled route. It does not apply to non-cleaning violations (such as expired meters, residential permit zones, fire hydrants, red curbs, or emergency temporary no-parking signs posted fewer than 24 hours in advance by city crews).
